Food Market

There is a tempting selection of fresh breads, cakes & pastries, flowers, fresh fruit and vegetables. There is also several hot food offers such as falafels, pies, quiches, noodles and curries. Several of the stall holders are Bord Bia award winners and winners of the prestigious Bridgestone award. The market operates every Wednesday in the mall from 10am until 4pm.

- Clarkes Fresh Fruits - Run by Ray Clarke and based in Stamullen Co Meath, Ray sells strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries in season from the family orchard. Out of season he sells marmalades, jams, honey, chutneys all with no flavours and preservatives. He also makes bespoke grow boxes to specifications, to suit garden, patio or balcony.
- Jackies Fare - Jackie has been doing Stillorgan market for over 2 years and handmakes tarts, cakes, pastries, biscuits and sweets. She and her husband Philip are Malaysian and have been in Ireland for over 10 years. She recently built a catering kitchen at home as the business grew and comes to the market each week from County Meath.
- Noirins Bakehouse - Vincent and his team have been in business since 2000, and as well as being a regular at many markets they also run their own coffee shop in Gorey. They specialise in breads, tarts, puddings, cookies and pies.
- Denis Healy Fruit and Vegetables - Denis has been running an Organic Farm for 30 Years in Kiltegan, County Wicklow and he participates in 10 markets weekly. He also supplies shops and hotels including Brook Lodge in Wicklow.
- Colette O'Toole - Colette specialises in plants, shrubs, baskets, tubs and window boxes and has been operating since 2000. She has been a regular in Stillorgan since the start and offers free gardening advice weekly.
- Eat East - Anita, originally from Thailand, sells hot prepared Thai meals each week as well as running 2 Thai restaurants in Dublin. She offers 3 or 4 curries each week for a real taste of Thailand.
- Loving Catering - Formerly the Gallic Kitchen based in Francis Street, Dublin, the business has been recently taken over by Kevin Doyle. Kevin has been ever present at the market since 1997 and specialises in pies, quiches, tarts, biscuits, scones and sausage rolls. He also does outside catering.
- Persian Treats - run by Iranian Abbii Ebadi since starting the business 2 years ago, Abbii sells pick n mix such as nuts, dried fruit, sweets and turkish delight. He has been living in Ireland for 5 years.
- Sushi Ireland - Yoshio makes and sells sushi each week from his catering facility in Kilmacud. He also cooks fresh stir frys to order. His sushi is some of the best you will taste.
- Soul Bakery - based in Clondalkin, Soul Bakery has been operating since 2001 and is run by Lawrence Kiely. They make all breads in house each day and have been part of Stillorgan market since 1997.
- Taste of Lebanon - Ali has been selling hot falaffel wraps for 5 years in markets in Dublin and Wexford. He does a regular lunchtime trade and is assisted by his son Mohammed, after the family moved to Ireland from the Lebanon in 2001.
- Taste with Gusto - Franco has been importing and selling his Italian products for over 5 years. He sells olive oil, pasta, pasta sauces and breadsticks.
- Flowers - Run by Sally and John of Grafton Street fame, the flowers have brightened up the market in Stillorgan since their arrival in May 2010. Their flowers are of the highest quality and they will make up bouquets for any occasion

Werners German Bakery: Baked by Werner in Enniscorthy since 1995, Werners bread is award winning and includes a fantastic rye loaf and a farmers loaf. He also does apple strudels.
